Billiton Glory LLC became a member of the Mongolia Employers’ Federation and received a certificate.

Mongolian Employers’ Federation has representatives in 60 soums and independent branches in 21 provinces of Mongolia. Also, the federation has signed cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding with the State Great Hural, Government, Ministries, and Agencies, and has 41 professional associations, 12 sub-committees, and more than 8,100 private members nationwide.

Mongolia's transition to a market economy in 1990, when the private sector began to operate with the aim of protecting the interests of employers and supporting the development of the private sector, led to the union's involvement in labor relations, occupational safety, health, and remuneration. There is an opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities, such as consulting and training on systems, human resources, financial and tax relations, law, management, and public-private partnerships.
